Kids Playground Terms & Conditions

The safety and enjoyment of every child are our top priorities. By allowing a child to use the Ibiza Sky Lounge Kids Playground, parents and guardians agree to the following:

1. Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times. Ibiza Sky Lounge does not provide childcare or supervision services.
2. The playground is intended for children aged 12 years and younger only.
3. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children use the playground safely and follow all posted playground rules.
4. Children using the playground do so at their own risk. Ibiza Sky Lounge is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage resulting from misuse of the playground, failure to follow safety rules, or lack of parental supervision, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
5. Smoking, hubbly, alcohol, food, glass containers, and dangerous objects are strictly prohibited inside the playground area.
6. Play equipment must be used only for its intended purpose. Unsafe or reckless behaviour may result in removal from the playground.
7. Ibiza Sky Lounge reserves the right to temporarily close the playground for maintenance, cleaning, weather conditions, safety concerns, or private events without prior notice.
8. Any damage caused to playground equipment through intentional misuse or vandalism may result in the responsible person being held liable for repair or replacement costs.
9. By entering the playground, parents and guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

For the safety of all children, please supervise your child at all times and report any damaged equipment or safety concerns to a member of our team immediately. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable play environment for everyone.
